Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.
International Shipping: We are not yet shipping worldwide but watch this space!
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@rebelbelle.com.au and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rebel Belle purchase! However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rebelbelle.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
